Custom tooling of cast aluminum frames and soft parts is available. With our integrated design and building departments you will benefit from a quick concept to market turnaround which can be essential in todays market. Fast prototyping to production means less lead time for you. We offer small batches and our minimum order for OEM subwoofer production is negotiable.

We have many different frame options for subwoofer production. Cast aluminum frames for strong sructural regidity and stamped frames are available. Opening tooling cast frames which include 12 spoke, 6 spoke and 4 spoke and many others can be used. If an open tooling design will not fit your needs we also offer custom frame design and tooling for your unique project.

The proper voice coil design is essential for proper subwoofer operation. Depending on motor and driver desing we have many different material and specification options. For the highest temperature rating flat wound aluminum on black anodized aluminum former sis utilized. For no compramises on low octive bass extension and sound quality copper voice coils are another option. Former material, winding material and number, and winding width are all tailored to meet desired driver specifications.

Cones are another important variable when designing a subwoofer. They effect on how a subwoofer sounds, and most often it is one of the only parts of a subwoofer seen once installed. So every aspect is taken into consideration, including asthetics.
